Required Documents for Membership
1. Trade License
- Updated Trade License along with previous ones. Business Type in Trade license must be mentioned: “Software & IT Enabled Services”.
2. Company eTIN Certificate
- Proprietor e-TIN needed for Proprietorship Company
- All Partners e-TIN Certificate for Partnership Company
- Company e-TIN for Limited Company
3. TAX Certificate (not mandatory)
4. BIN Certificate (not mandatory)
5. Certificate of Incorporation (Only For Limited Companies)
6. Memorandum & Articles of Association (Only For Limited Companies)
7. Partnership Deed (Only For Partnership Companies)
8. For Limited and Partnership Company, only C level executives, such as Director, Managing Director, CEO, CTO, CMO, CFO can be a SISPAB representative. For Proprietorship, Proprietor or Owner must be the SISPAB representative.
Important document:
* Board Resolution copy in favor of SISPAB Representative (For Limited Companies)
* Authorization Letter (For Partnership Companies & Proprietorship)
*** Must be on the company letterhead with original signature of all directors (for limited companies) and partners (for partnership companies)
